The Grumpy Knight

I got it to work! I didn't do anything with the original VL-Gothic file, other than deleting it.
I already had VL-Gothic in Windows\Fonts, but I removed it.
The game used the original VL-Gothic if:
- I copied the altered VL-Gothic to Windows\Fonts
- I copied the altered VL-Gothic to Windows\Fonts and remove it from TGK\Fonts
- I removed VL-Gothic from both Windows\Fonts and TGK\Fonts (so I left the \Fonts folder empty)
- I left everything as is.
Basically, no matter what I tried, it used the same font. So I figured it's using the fonts from the RTP folder, C:\Program Files\Common Files\Enterbrain\RGSS3\RPGVXAce\Fonts . So I got rid of those, and it worked!

Gonna go play your game now and give feedback later.~

Huh? Did you delete the font folder from the game?
The font you have is the default VL Gothic. We changed it by renaming another font and replacing it (lite limitation hijinks).
As long as the font folder is in, it should be using that. Did you somehow delete it...?

Two people have reported this but no one else seems to have the problem, so I'm a bit lost as for the cause.

I didn't, the folder's still there. I also tried deleting VL Gothic from my C:\Windows\Fonts folder and running the game, and replacing it with the file that came with the game and running it; but neither worked :<

Regarding the text being cut:

And it's like that for the rest of the game.
What do?

Manifest

A very nice game, but, unfortunately, it has random battles; I lost patience and couldn't go through with it. Here's a few minor bugs I found before I dropped it:

- In the first dungeon (the eastern mines), right after Vellamik talks about how the old man saved the village, you can go into the wall when going up the stairs to the right of the chest behind water.
- In the Purwic, in the shops area, you can open the chest behind the counter of the item shop through the counter.
- Trux can equip power gauntlets
- In the island branch of the ancient relic company, one of the sailors trapped me between the counter and a barrel, refusing to move forever.
- In the tunnel mines area, on the map with the tallest elevator, the game randomly crashed (three times for me) when opening/closing the menu.
- The walls in the house near the guy who sells you the lockpick can be entered
- Jewelled ring (regenerate 3 AP per turn) doesn't seem to work.
- In the forest, on the map with the log floating around, the characters start in the trees.

In addition, "Avoid Trouble" explires way too fast. To me, the annoying random battles are the downfall of the game.

Master of the Wind

Right after starting the game, after the room with the fairy, the sound goes batshit insane, and is impossible to listen to without getting a headache. I think I've copied the BGM folder properly.. \MotW Complete\Audio\. If I remove the BGM folder, there is no sound at all.
Any advice?
