Let's work on your game descriptions!

@djking: Oops! I probably didn't notice your initial post, as I was in the process of typing up a response to somebody else!

Anyway, there's a bit of weird wording in there. For example, I'm not sure if "class" is the right word to use, as two of the three examples that you provide are races (ie: demon and dragon). I would probably use the term "heroes" then use "with a demon, dragon, and slayer of titans being among them". That's just me, though.

You you really have to keep using "our world, Zyia"? Once it's established that the name of the world is Zyia, you could just use "Zyia" or "the world".

Misaos, Discussions, and the Future

I keep forgetting Look Ahead even exists! Outside of doing a test of it after talking to the guards that mention it, I never use it again.

Soul Sunder

@Linkis: After finding Myra, try going up the staircase by the school house!

[RM2K] [RM2K3] How do you memorize an event's location

Isn't that just a string of event commands? I mean, you'd use CHANGE VARIABLES to set the location, then use TELEPORT and specify the coordinates with those variables.

Okay, I could be using VX Ace terminology here, but, I'm, like, 90% certain those commands are in 2K/2K3.

Fire Emblem - Fōramu no senjutsu-tekina rpg - the great revival

Great! Now we need Kastor the Dragon Rider!

Oh, wait. That's a Heroes of Might and Magic II map/reference. Also, Dragon Rider isn't on the class list!

Let's work on your game descriptions!

For your information: It's "sorry". Not "sowwy". Also, you can edit your own posts!

If it wasn't for FF6, I wouldn't have gotten interested in RPG development, and wouldn't be here right now.

I seem to recall making a really crappy drawing of what the viewing window might look like for Might and Magic III. Which means Might and Magic II was already out. Which goes back to when I was, what, 9? Darigaaz.

Was anyone else here disappointed with Chrono Trigger?

If we're talking about Chrono Trigger, I've never played it in my life. If we're talking about Chrono Trigger, well, no, I don't think I was disappointed with it at all.

Misaos, Discussions, and the Future

Outside of items randomly having odd mulipliers for number of uses (I seem to recall having a First Aid Kit with -1 uses.), I think this has been "done" for a while. Though, I also seem to recall you saying you had no idea how to fix that bug? I could be misremembering!

As for your random animal how about, I dunno, fish?

What? You never said I couldn't also "hide" comments in white!

Let's work on your game descriptions!

@zilgaant: Darigaaz, what's with the capitalization of every other word? Er, anyway, my general take on that lies within the quote-tag (because the hide-tag hates the list-tag, amongst other things).

Skip the cheesy stories and plunge into real strategic, and fast-paced battles with full custom characters! Four maps to grind your levels with, and a hundred floors worth of boss challenges! Can you defeat all of them?

Enjoy:

  • The fun of grinding!

Level up, collect equipment, runes, and grathnodes! Perfect your characters with titles and achievements that will grants you additional stats and stuff!

  • Simplistic story!

This isn't meant to be a very story-heavy game. The focus is on the gameplay, pure and simple!

  • Over 60 classes!

Each having their own strengths, weaknesses, and abilities to make your party unique!

  • Small maps!

Tried of getting lost? Shouldn't be an issue with the maps of this game!

  • Boss Challenge!

One hundred floors worth of dungeon, each with their own boss! Finding the right class/ability combination is key!

I'm not quite sure what you mean with your last bullet point. Fast paced battles where players can focus on fighting, and nothing else? I feel like I'm missing something huge with this statement, as it seems a rather obvious one.

Also, I would suggest that, after getting a gamepage, setting up those videos as a separate media page, and not within the body of the description. Same kind of deal with the credits. Put them in a different tab after getting a gamepage.
