I pity the people that are actually spending money on Mii Costume DLC. Good grief.

I'm surprised they have the rights to use K. Rool though. I thought the Kremlings belonged to Rareware, and that's why they made the Tiki people for the new DKC games? Would have been really cool to see K. Rool as a Bowser style fighter, it's a shame really.

I wouldn't be surprised if they cut a deal with Rare to get King K. Rool, but maybe they actually own the rights? And I don't actually mind all the DLC for Mii Fighters, 'cuz you can just not buy it if you don't want it, and I don't think it's terribly expensive anyhow.

I was kinda sad that they added Splatoon Mii Fighters because it means they won't add Squid Kids as a full character :P they'd be so cute, too.

Rare gave Nintendo the rights to all DK characters when they left i think, including Diddy, K Rool and Kremlings. I think they made the Tiki chars because Retro wanted to use their own designs

Also the Inklings or K Rool are not COMPLETELY out of the game because Link is also a Mii Fighter costume, even though I don't think it really helps their chances either :( I guess it's better than them being an assist trophy
