AFAIK, there never was an episode 2 of Take Down Legacy.

author=DyhaltoEspecially if you remove the RTP files from each game, along with any extraneous files like those accursed thumbs.db ones that Windows adds for some stupid reason.
The rare/obscure games should get gamepages and proper downloads.
If you want to talk storage for storage's sake, a single 1TB HDD would probably hold every RM game ever put online.
My collection comes to just over 50 GB after all that crap's removed from the games.
(Mind you, I haven't focused on getting all the RMXP & RMVX games from RRR, HBgames, RpgMakervx.net, etc. yet, though I've gotten some of them. With MU gone, I've probably missed out on quite a few of those. Oh well...)
So, you're probably correct that 1TB would hold them, even including the occasional 500 MB Naruto/Pokemon/Final Fantasy epic crossover demo that will never be finished that 14 year olds advertise on YouTube.

There were a few music midis missing, so I found the right ones with the help of a midi search engine.
Also needed 2 backdrop files and 1 wav file that I found in another game.
So, my copy has no missing files.
(I'd already started to upload it before TheChosenFew did, but my upload is kinda slow, so it took awhile.)
Does anyone know what happened to Legacy?

For one, you have some games even I don't have (like Path to Oblivion 2).
And you seem to have the faster Internet too, lol.

Your welcome for the 2 KC demos.
Unfortunately, without the map tree file (.lmt) you can't open the Chain Game in the editor to look at the maps.
You need both the lmt & ldb or you can't do anything with it.

I lol'd so hard on the yahoo posting. Apparently, he was also the number 1 player in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Since he's incarcerated though, he's lost that spot. It definitely sucks as megaupload was my favorite site to use over them all, and since it was the only upload site where my game was located, my beloved rm2k3 is officially lost :(

It has the same corrupt zip file. Seems whoever made that site didn't notice that when they uploaded it to Lycos (now Multimania) that the file failed to be uploaded in its entirety.
Back then 56k was not just slow, but unreliable. You never knew when your ISP would break/reset the connection or when someone might pick up the phone and cut it off. That's probably what happened.
Which means it's very unlikely that anyone has a playable copy.
