I get the feeling fargo294 is reviewing the ENTIRE GAME based on the first hour. The plot thickens, my friend. Whether it's good or not is a matter of opinion. However, I don't think you're in the position to give one since it's clear as day you haven't given the game a chance beyond the prologue.

I don't recall any advertising for this project promising an elevated level of challenge or difficulty. It's primarily geared toward fans of old-school Final Fantasy games and the experience those games provided.

I have the latest download, although the title screen still says 1.07d.

Nobumasa is still missing pretty frequently.

Encounter rate was never an issue for me either, only in a few areas. However, attacks missing at an abnormally high rate was something that annoyed me from time to time. But I usually kept weapons with more than one attack per turn to make up for it.
