I'm liking the interface, my only suggestion would be to lighten up the characters' face portraits a bit so they're just a *tad* more visible. I'm guessing your whole thing is to keep them as invisible as possible, but as they are, they're bordering on INvisible. Other than that, this GUI works fine for me! I do think a simple upgrade to Genesis' GUI would've been passable, but hey. This is VARIANT.

Oh, I get it. In that case I second the suggestion to switch buffs to status animations. Didn't characters glow or something when they were buffed in the last game?

So Celia needs only half the buff Leon needs to get to 8185 HP? What's going on here.
