All technical problem had been fix. All rpg maker project had resumed but some project have been temporary in hiatus. "The seven tower" game development had restarted. some development files had permanently lost.

umm.. the update isn't really reached the expected min character limit. And is just a small universal games development update.

I recommended Winrar, Just ignore the 30 day trial because It broke. And works even if the trial is over.

Only things I can think of is restarting your computer. If that fails, uninstall it and reinstall it.
