Hi,
I'm a chap from the UK. I have always played around with level editors for years but have always wanted to make a real game myself. One copy of RPG Maker VX Ace later and I've completed my first proper game.
Currently learning all of this game design malarkey. It's quite tough but rewarding! I enjoy doing really distinct graphics for games but I might have to tone it down a bit as it takes ages!
I'm really making strides and getting to know tricks to make my games much more professional looking and fun to play.

7 Days: An NPC Story
Hey guys thank you for your comments. It was a bit of an experiment which might not have worked brilliantly but I wanted to make a game that has a bit of a change of pace to the standard fare of "hero meets companions and saves the world".
The fact it is a bit repetitive is the whole point of it. I tried to make it interesting but I think everyday life is repetitive and stuck in routine.
Maybe I tried to be a little too deep!

Lost in the Woods Review
Thanks very much for the review. I'll take the points you made on board. I did rush this game to get it finished before the Halloween deadline. With regards to the dialogue I wanted to keep it simple because characters would be dropping down dead and I didn't want to have dialogue with anybody not in the party.
I took the decision to use the actor's walking graphic instead of the facesets just to try something a little different.
I wasn't 100% happy with this game but I will definitely improve on my next attempt. Thanks for the feed back!

Lost in the Woods Review
Thanks very much for the review. Your criticism is very fair. I should have sorted the menu out a bit better but I would put this down to inexperience and to be honest, wanting to get it finished. As for the leveling up I didn't want over complicate things although seeing your play through, the game play does look a little bland. These are mistakes that I won't make on my next game.
