My self-insert NPC for the event is named Grei. While a sprite is provided, it likely isn't
of the correct format, and is solely there as a visual aid. He has short brown hair,
with green eyes, and often dresses in black and white clothes with a red cape and black
hat. His primary hobby is playing SKARMYSH!! (a fast paced card game that's basically
just rock, paper, scissors, but with hit points), often giving out rewards to anyone
who can beat him.

If his mini game is able to be implemented, he would probably set up shop at a table and
ask the player if they'd be interested in going a few rounds of SKARMYSH!! with him, offering
prizes should he be defeated.

If not, possible dialogue could be "Greetings friend! Me? I'm just passing through in search
of inspiration. You can call me Grei." and "I wonder if there's a nice spot to set up
my game board...I could definitely go for a bout or two."

He's a generally laid back drifter.

each player has 5 Hit Points
players use 1 of 3 cards to try and reduce the others' HP to 0.

[Sword] beats [Axe]
[Axe] beats [Spear]
[Spear] beats [Sword]

If players choose the same card, it reults in a [stalemate], and neither player recieves damage.
-If the player beats the opponents' card, they land a [strike], and if they lose to the
opponents' card, they take a [hit].
-Players clash repeatedly until one of them reaches 0 HP.
