Start by talking to the guy in the upper-right corner of the room. 
then use the portal gun to get to the other room. Once there, open a portal below the switch, go to the box, open a portal close to it, push the box onto the portal and push the box once again in the direction you want it to leave the other portal. You don't go to the other portal to continue pushing the box, that will only push it back through the original portal.

go through the door and open another portal in the other room. go back to the last room, make another portal and push the box into the other room. make sure that you will be able to move the box afterwards, so that you can open a portal to push it further later on. go back to the bridge between the current room and the last room. at the place with blue boxes, you can shoot to the left and a portal will open. go there, open a portal in the room with the box, and push it through the portal. again, make sure that you can push it later on. Go back to the new room, open portal close to the switches and run through the door before it closes.

Go up to the room above. It has 5 switches. Open a portal on the right side of the middle switch, go back to the last room with the timed door, and push the boxes through it and onto the switches. Now continue to the right and then up. In this room, you will find a energy sphere circling the inside of the boxes. go up, and open a portal on the upper blue box inside the circle, which isn't part of the actual circle. go back to the switch room, open a now portal, push the box on the portal and push it up. the energy sphere should change direction and crash into the crystal, opening the gate in that room. push the box back into the portal and into the switch room. be careful that there isn't a wall in the direction your pushing in the switch room, when getting out of the box circle. if the energy sphere hits you, you will die, and will have to collect the 5 boxes over again.

After this is done, push the box onto a switch, go back to the right room with the energy sphere, go into the opened gate and get the box to the switch room through portal and place it on another switch. now, go to the left room, set up a portal behind the pillars first row of pillars, pull the lever, go through the portal and go to the switch
make sure to face down when standing on the switch and shoot a portal through the gate while standing on the switch.

go down open a portal on the platform to the right, and one down with the box. push the box onto the platform, open a new portal by shooting through the gate of the room above, go into the switch room, open a new portal (not of the same colour as the one of the platform) then go back into the portal and get the last box. push it onto a switch and continue through the gate.

go to the right. if you're next to an explosion caused by the rocket, you die. to avoid being caught up by the rockets, open portals and stand behind them. if you have died, make sure to open another portal first, so that the rocket has place to travel when it comes out of the gate.

on the ice, go upwards on the rightmost point, then right, open a portal in that direction, go back to starting point, open portal on the box there and go downwards into the portal, then right. go to the upper right corner and open a portal on one of the 2 blue boxes up there, then one portal to the right and go through it. now go down, open a portal in that direction, go the left open a portal and go to the right through it. now down, left, up, left, down and open a portal in that direction. open another portal somewhere and go through it, and activate the computer screen which is there. now go the whole way back to where you started... or you could just hit the panic button (9) and be teleported back there straight away.

now for the maze on the left. pull the lever and open a portal on the blue box, and another one on the blue box further behind and another blue box close to the second lever. pull the lever, go back through the portal and open a portal above the first box and push this box down. open a portal close to the switch, go below the other box and open a portal close to it and push the box through the portal. go back to the lever via portals pull it and go and push the box back into the portal, then back to the other portal and push the box down. go through the portal and push it onto the switch. open a portal above where the second box used to be, then another portal one the blue box above it.open a portal by looking to the right on the first pillar. go pull the lever, open a portal on the other side of the gray boxes, go back and open another portal back on the blue box from where you came, go back pull the lever, open a new portal and go through it and open a portal at the highest row, go back pull the lever and step on the switch. now go back open a portal to the right behind the boxes where the last lever is, open a portal in the direction along the long line of gray boxes which are hugging the upper wall. go back into the maze, and back to where the second box was, and open a portal to the left of it, and go through the gates and activate the last computer.

now go back from where you came and to a room below the one with the energy sphere. open the chest and go to the crystals.

the numbers represent the crystals, and the letters the blue boxes.
open a portal on left of c and on left of a. push 1 to the right and immediately go into the portal above, and stop the crystal from reaching the portal. keep the portal on left of c and open a new below b. push the 1 to the right and go straight down to stop it on the correct place. do the same for 5 be equivalent measures. after that, open a portal on the left of a and d. push 2 up and stand still, then a portal on the right of a and d and push 4 down and stand still. now open a portal below c and above b and push 3 either left or right. and make it stop somewhere where it doesn't disturb.
now open a portal below a and above c and push 4 either left or right and make it stop on the correct spot, and same tactic for number 2. afterwards open a portal above b and below c again and return 3 to its original position.

now go back to the big room between the rocket corridor and the maze. You will be greeted by a big angry robot. open portals to easier avoid his tackle attacks. first round he will tackle twice and then shoot rockets twice. you need to make her hit herself with rockets by using portals.
after being hit once she will change her pattern slightely. She'll cancel your portals, tackle, full room tackle, tackle and tackle. then show will send a red shockwave making energy spheres come out of your portal. after this she will shoot another rocket, and if you fail to hurt her, she will start over again with the same moves.
in the third round she turns red and starts with the red shockwave, then a white shockwave, then a wall of energy spheres. you need to open one portal somewhere and another portal further right to it, so that you can escape the energy sphere wall. then a tackle, red shockwave, white shockwave, tackle, green shockwave, which sets one portal infront of the robot and another close to you. the robot will shoot and energy sphere into the portal, which will spread once it goes through the portal, so watch out. after this it will tackle once more and shoot a rocket. if you fail to make her shoot herself, she will restart the pattern. if you hurt her, she is destroyed, and you can exit the map through the yellow portal right above you.
