Story of Integra Guide 1.0.(4.1.2013) Written by: Matias "Tosi-Taku" Ahonen First words: This is a guide. So it obviously contains spoilers about the game, duh... It might also contain spelling errors, eventhough my friend proofread it. I started to write a walkthrough of the game but after writing only the first chapter I noticed that I don't have the patience to write it. I may finish it some day, but probably I won't. If you get stuck just ask help at the games rpgmaker.net forum or facebook page. I'll be using shortened terms throughout this walkthrough: AOE-skill: Area of Effect-skill: A skill that attacks all enemies. Buffs: Skills that increase a character's or enemy's stats. Endgame: Characters are lvl 20-25, you are doing skullmarked quests and the the Lost Temple is open or completed. DPS: Damage per second, the ability to start dealing damage from the beginning of the battle. Table of contents 1.0 FAQ 2.0 Character Guide 2.1. Integra 2.2. Saralyn 2.3. Matik 2.4. Angela 2.5. Feel free to ask your questions there. Q: Why is this game so hard? A: It's not that hard. It just doesn't hold your hand in every turn like modern games. Remember back when you actually had to put in some effort to beat an RPG? Q: Where can I find this Lyrion fellow? A: You can release him from his cell in Hightower. Requires Matik to unlock the cell. Q: What is the best party to run with? A: Depends on your personal taste. The game can be beaten with any sensible party (just don't run Stryk and Angela in the same party, they are both plain healers). I personally think that Myira and Lyrion are the best for their buffing skills. Then add a superior DPS like Matik or Heleny for some serious damage dealing potential. For some reason Welys turned out to be a little underpowered character, I might fix this in a later patch. Q: What are the characters' "ultimate weapons and armors" and where do I find them? A: Check the equipment portion of the guide. Q: I'm stuck with the skullmark quests. How do I beat these bosses? A: Check the endgame bosses portion of the guide. Q: I'm low on gold all the time, what is a good place to get more? A: Sell your useless stuff. You'll pickup a lot of equipment that your party doesn't need or gets useless. A great way to grind for gold in the endgame is to head over to the second to last hall in Castle Ardul. Here you'll only encounter an enemy called Demonic Orc. He has a chance to drop a Misery Prince, a scimitar worth over 10.000 gold. During your adventure in Haven don't allow Tina to die and you'll get your 20.000 gp back. In Strange Island there is a crack on the wall that contains a chest with 50.000 gp inside. Q: I'm too low level in the final chapter and I'm stuck. Enemies don't give enough exp. A: The Hell that is accessible from Hightower is designed as an endgame leveling place, with a healing fountain at the lower level of the tower. If Hell is too difficul for you then I recommend the Amordusk portion of the world map. Normal playthrough of the game shouldn't need any grinding, only smart playing and the right gear. The "ultimate challenge" on the other hand definitely needs grinding. Q: Where are all the locked bonus doors/chests Matik can open? A: Two houses in Sevallon and three cabinets in the Sevallon castle. House in northern Franerton. All the Thieves' Guild quests contain locked doors and chests. Q: Where are all the Teddys Heleny wants? A: Scattered all over Eeria, too many for me to account for. A special one that grants 100HP is in Maneton with the little girl next to the mine. You can trade it for an aquamarine. Q: Where are all the extra walls Welys can bash? A: In the cave in Echowoods. At Capitol cemetery. Side of the Dwarven Mountain, (a secret map accessible from the world map between Draxilvania and Mistkeep). Near the waterfall in Strange Island. In the cave in Suomus. Q: I got the quest for playing pianos for Lyrion. Where are the right ones? A: The specific pianos required are found: Crosstown inn (the bards piano), Hell, Starshine (Lyrion's room) Strange Island (Inside the tent) and the Treasure Hunt (the room after defeating Cloud and Sephiroth) Q: Where do I find the staff for my inn? A: Guitarist is at Maneton inn. Cook is in a tent at the roadblock near Crosstown (can be hired after you've defeated Althoran). Waiter is at the Capitol cemetery. Decorator is in a house at eastern Ginal. Guard is in a noble house in Moonnest. Violinist is at the Starshine inn. As an extra you can find a painting for your inn from the Lost Temple ruins underground (unlocks the "Ultimate Challenge"). Q: I got a quest to find a missing rider Elena, where is she? A: She is held captive inside Castle Ardul. Requires Stryk. Q: How do you enter Iron Hangar? A: You don't, the dwarf city isn't accessible in Story of Integra. But wait for the sequel... Q: What is the best way to solve the murder mystery in Starshine? A: You'll have to check the bodies. Then talk to Marcus, Alora and Edard. Find the physical clues: Bloody knife (flower pot in the entrance hall), Bloody shield (in the kitchen) and the note (master bedroom). Then accuse Marcus for the lord's murder and the maid for the wife's murder. *There is possibly a glitch in the quest that it sometimes doesn't register that you completed it the best way. Q: How do I get to Knack Bay or this "Strange Island"? A: You need to acquire a ship. It can be found from the Lost Temple beach. Requires Myira. To get to Strange Island you'll need a Strange Map. The map can be looted from Captain Irichio's ship or bought later from Knack Bay. Q: What do I do with the Small Key I got from Castle Draxil? A: It allows you to recruit a hidden character. First you must beat the "Ultimate Challenge" boss. Then head to the Lost Temple beach. Use the key to open a chest that has appeared there and you'll find a Wedding Ring. Then head to Capitol and see if someone there is missing that specific ring. ;) 2.0. Character Guide The characters: For stats I've put on the characters stats at lvl 1 and lvl 25. Pros and cons are my personal view of the characters and what I tried to accomplish with each one. These are entirely stat based, if you like a character just use him/her, they are fairly balanced. Characters are presented in the order they are able to join the party. Resists & weaknesses: Elements marked with "+" mean not effective and "-" very effective. States marked with "+" mean character has resistance, and "-" mean character is vulnerable to the state. Characters that just visit the party are not specified here. 2.1. Endgame boss guide You should complete everything else including the Lost Temple before attempting these bosses. Your characters should be around levels 20-25. Any lower might make the fights very difficult. Bosses are not in any particular order. It's generally a good idea to try to beat bosses that benefit your party most at first. Diresin and Nymph Queen are a nice place to start so you can get the ultimate equipment for Integra. The dragon, Cleaverdemon and War are more challenging than others so I recommend leaving them last. Almost all of the bosses' AOE attacks are scripted. Make sure to note what turn it is so you can prepare for the attack. Endgame bosses are immune to most states but some states can be inflicted. Succesfully inflicting a state to a boss can really change the course of the battle. Integra's Muscle Shot is a great way to make the fight go your way as it's effective against almost all of the bosses. Use the Gigas Armlet for casters. It's one of the best accessories in the game! Use Barrier Stones or Lyrion's Barrier Verse. When in doubt, Unseen Armor! I know it's self explanatory but always use your buffing skills in these fights. 6.1. Nymph Queen Location: Western Echowoods HP: 80000 Attacks: -Regular Attack -Greater Bolt of Glory (Turns 1, 11 and 25) -Frost Nova (Turns 7, 20 and 30) -Nymph Song -Implosion -Heal III (Turns 5, 12 and 18) Rewards Exp:950 Gold:9000 Seed of Intelligence Scarlet Redemption (Integra's ultimate weapon) Weaknesses: Fire, Darkness, Unholy Possible states: none This battle can be made a lot easier if you've got Stryk in your party. He can disable the Nymph Queen's magic source causing the Nymph Queen to fail her attacks occasionally. -Before the fight make sure to invest in MDEF as all of her serious attacks are spells. -Equip Ice and Electricity defence items. -Bring a few Clearminds if she charms one of your partymembers. -Don't worry about her healing, you should be able to deal more damage in a turn than she can heal. -Her Implosion attack most likely kills one of your characters. When resurrecting the character just make sure she isn't casting an AOE spell next turn or your Angel Tear will go to waste. 6.2. Diresin and 2x Young Vampire Location: Capitol Sewers HP:60000 (Diresin) HP:20000 (Young Vampire) Attacks (Diresin) -Regular attack -Touch of Agony -Pain Wave (Turns 5, 10, 15, 20, 23 and 30) -Extreme Pain Attacks (Young Vampire) -Regular attack -Celerity Dash Rewards Exp:850 Gold:10000 Misery Prince 20000gp from the King Invitation as a Vampire Slayer (Slayer Skinsuit armor and Slayer Shot skill for Integra) Weaknesses Fire Light Holy Possible states: Daze, Burning (Diresin) All except Poison (Young vampire) -First equip all your characters with Stun protection items as all of Diresin's special attacks cause Stun. If you don't have armors that protect against Stun, head to Arcane University and buy Sirius Circlets for all of your characters. -Try to take out the Young vampires first with AOE skills or just regular ones. The Young vampires can make your life a living hell when you're trying to raise your dead partymembers and they'll just Celerity Dash them back down. -When the Young Vampires are gone it's just about trying to stay alive and dealing damage. Nothing special. 6.3. Ice Demon and 6x Death Ring Location: Suomus cave during Welys' personal quest. HP:95000 Attacks: -Regular attack -Frost Bite -Mass Burst Crystals (Turns 2, 6, 11, 16 and 25) -Freeze -Ice Wall (3, 10 and 15) Rewards Exp:850 Gold:5000 Everfrost Access to Book of Dwarven Aegis for free in Suomus forest that can be exchanged for Aegis Hammer (Welys' ultimate weapon) at Iron Hangar Weaknesses Fire Holy Light Resistances Unholy Ice (immune) Possible states: Poisoned, Weaken, Impaired and Burning (super effective) -During the first round you must use one AOE attack to destroy the Death Rings or they'll wipe out your entire party. They are slow and have next to none HP so any one AOE is enough. -If you have ice resistance items, equip them. Stack up on MDEF also. -When the demon uses Ice Wall, smash it with Welys' Destroy Barrier skill. -If you picked up the Scroll of Ignite in Arcane University, now is the time to use it and watch the demon lose almost 10000 HP per turn. 6.4. Leviathan Location: Strange Island, behind the waterfall. HP:120000 Attacks: -Regular attack -Tsunami (Turns 4, 11, 16, 19 and 25) -Dragonic Unseen Armor (Turns 1 and 15) -Devour Rewards Exp:1000 Gold:8000 Leviathan Jacket (Myira's ultimate armor) Tidal Runeblade (Myira's ultimate weapon) Weaknesses Ice Electricity Unholy Resistances Fire Water (Immune) Possible states: Entagle, Impaired -This fight is fairly easy as Leviathan doesn't really do that much damage. He only has a lot of HPs. -If you have Welys or Stryk remove the Leviathan's barrier at the beginning. -His AOE doesn't come that often so you can easily prepare for it. If he succesfully Devours one character right before his AOE turn don't bother raising her/him as she/he will be going down again. 6.5. King Ardul and Avatar of Yochol Location: Castle Ardul, Stryk's personal quest HP: 45000 (King Ardul) 55000 (Avatar of Yochol) Attacks (King Ardul) -Reqular attack -Mighty Swing -Cleave -Cleave (Turns 8 and 15) Attacks (Avatar of Yochol) -Regular attack -Insanity -Insanity (Turn 1) -Destroy Mind -Venom Storm -Terror Rewards Exp: 1100 Gold: 2500 Seed of Agility Seed of Mana Barbarian Cloak Partisan Weaknesses none (King Ardul) Electricity, Earth, Light, Holy Resistances none (King Ardul) Unholy (immune) (Avatar of Yochol) Possible states Daze, Entagle, Impaired (King Ardul) Paralyze, Entagle, Impaired (Avatar of Yochol) -This fight can be quite tricky as the Avatar is constantly attacking you with state attacks and the King is mauling you with pretty heavy attacks. But generally it's better to take out the Avatar first. -If you have a very strong party with good AOE attacks you could try to take out both of the enemies simultaneously. -If the Avatar causes Poison to your entire party it's pretty useless to spend a whole turn trying to heal it. Just keep attacking and healing. -All the other states should be cured as soon as possible. Use items and Stryk's Dispel Magic. -If you have Ryulin with Battojutsu she can try to Paralyze the Avatar so you can concentrate on the King. (If you attack a paralyzed enemy, it has a chance to recover from Paralysis) -If you've picked up Tarnhelm, give it to Stryk so he can continue healing and dispeling even when struck with Destroy Mind. -Equipping Maiden Chain for Integra or maybe Ryulin, if you're using her, will help because you cannot be Demoralized. -If you're very unlucky and the King will use Cleave very often, you'll probably lose. Just load and try again. 6.6. Sara, Tara and Mara (Sisters of Dismay) Location: Shipwreck near Kazok HP: 40000 (Sara) 50000 (Tara) 50000 (Mara) Attacks (Sara) -Multi Unseen Armor (Turn 1 and 10) -Ignite -Psychokinesis -Fireblast (Turn 5, 10, 15 and 20) Attacks (Tara) -Regular attack -Point Blank Shot -Arrow Punch Attacks (Mara) -Regular attack -Pommel Strike -Smite the Holy -Avenger Stance (Turn 1 and 15) Rewards Exp: 1500 Gold: 6000 Divine Plate (Saralyn's ultimate armor) Sharp Rose Full-Ether Weaknesses Holy Resistances Unholy (Mara is immune) Possible states Impaired (Sara and Mara) Poisoned (Sara) Daze (Mara) Paralyze (Tara) Demoralize (Tara) -A powerful party can manage this fight with just some superior AOE skills. But you wouldn't be reading this if you had an extremely high level party. So let's carry on. -If you can, equip some partymembers with protection from Daze. It can be really annoying when all your attacks just miss. -Sara (the mage) is definitely your first target. You don't want her to cast her Fireblast more than once. She'll also cast armor on their team. Concentrate on her first. -You can keep Mara (the knight) in Daze fairly easy and Tara (the archer) in Demoralize. This should make many of their attacks miss. -After dropping the mage move on to the knight. If you're fast she won't get the chance to re-activate her Avenger Stance. Her Smite the Holy can do very serious damage on your holy characters. (Stryk, Saralyn, Angela and Lauranthia) -Finally you shouldn't have much problem with Tara if you have most of your party still up and running. She is lightning fast but doesn't deal that much damage. The only thing that can cause a problem is her ability to Daze you. 6.7. Cloud and Sephiroth Location: North of the Treasurehunt HP: 50000 (Cloud) 55000 (Sephiroth) Attacks (Cloud) -Regular Attack -Fire 3 -Slash-All (Turn 6, 15 and 25) -Omnislash (Turn 5) -Omnislash Attacks (Sephiroth) -Regular attack -Bolt 3 All (Turn 5 and 30) -Super Nova (Turn 3, 11, and 21) Rewards Exp:1000 Gold: 1337 Seed of Strength Seed of Intelligence Access to a Menuet Piano for Lyrion Weaknesses none (both) Resistances none (both) Possible states Stun, Impaired (Cloud) Daze, weaken, Impaired (Sephiroth) -First of all. Lyrion is a joke character. Don't hate me for messing with some great RPG icons :) -Cloud is weaker but you should still drop Sephiroth first as he has more AOE attacks and is therefore more of a threat. -Some Electricity resistance is ok and Fire resistance is even better. -As always prepare for the AOE attacks, expecially on turns 3,5 and 6. During these turns you'll be taking some serious damage. -If you manage to drop Sephiroth then just take it slow with Cloud and you'll surely defeat him. 6.8. Devourer of Souls Location: Knack Bay South (use Lauranthia to reveal) HP:120000 Attack: -Regular attack -Death Mist (Turn 2, 12, 16, 21, 30) -Devour -Implosion -Terror -Stone Skin (Turn 1 and 15) Rewards Exp: 1250 Gold: 6000 Celestial Steel (Angela's ultimate weapon) Weaknesses Light, Holy Resistances Unholy (immune) Possible states Impaired -You don't have any choice with a party on this fight. You'll be fighting with Myira, Angela and Lauranthia. If none of them belong to your regular party this fight can be really tough as their levels are fairly low. -If you haven't already, get yourself the Rings of Life and equip them to Angela and someone else, (check equipment guide to find them) they'll give you some resistance against Death Mist's damage. -Use Sunray and Sunbeam to deal some serious damage. Myira's Holy Crossbow Bolt is also pretty effective. -If you wish equip the Maidenchain to Integra so she'll be immune to Demoralize that Terror causes or just use Slayer Skinsuit for fast item usage. -Always remember to keep your Blessed and Inspired states on. 6.9. Isabella Malkav Location: Castle Draxil HP:100000 Attacks -Regular attack -Painful Insanity -Veil (Turn 2, 8, 13(varies), 20 and 26) -Celerity Dash -Amnesia -Obfuscate (Turn 1, 7, 13(varies) and 21) Rewards Exp: 1200 Gold: 3500 Wristbands of Celeeria Able to fight the Malkav Girl and loot her for a War Ring. Weaknesses Fire, Holy, Light, Skill: Slayer Shot Resistances Ice, Unholy Possible states Impaired, Burning -If you've already tested your might against her, you probably noticed that if you talk to her enough you'll start the fight with Integra dead. So don't give the bitch the opportunity. :) -The fight can be really frustrating. She'll be nearly untouchable while in Obfuscate and you couldn't hit the broad side of a barn while Impaired. -Once again Maidenchain can protect you from Impaired if you're willing to lose the bonus to Agility and some defence. -Her Obfuscate lasts for 3 turns and cannot be removed in any way. Of course the following turn she'll cast Veil and try to Impair your party. If you have enough SP it's worth the shot to try to get some damage in. If your character is Impaired, it's close to impossible to hit Isabella so don't bother with expensive skills. -She also has Celerity Dash in her disposal so be ready for an AOE attack at all times. -Remember to remove the Confusion or Forgetfullness when you get the chance. Confusion being the priority of course. -This fight can take pretty long because you just cannot hit her every turn. Be patient and keep your party in good health. -After you've beaten Isabella go talk to her prodigy and defeat her for a War Ring. 6.10. The Dragon Location: Cave south of Maneton, Ryulin must be in the party to summon him. HP:140000 Attacks -Regular attack -Flamebreath (Turn 1, 5, 10, 14, 20, 29) -Dragon Tail -Devour -Dragonic Unseen Armor (Turn 3, 15, 30) Rewards Exp: 1300 Gold: 2000 Seed of Mana Memento of Mother (Ryulin's amulet upgrades) Breath of Flame (Ryulin's skill) The Dragon's Treasury: Dragon Armor, Masamune (Ryulin's ultimate weapon), 16500gp Weaknesses Ice Resistances Fire (immune) Possible states Weaken, Impaired -This can be a very annoying fight as the Dragon has two AOE attacks one of which isn't scripted. So you might encounter two or even three AOE attacks in a row. Enough to wipe out the entire party. -Ryulin is immune to his Flamebreath but not the Dragon Tail. Keep her Scale Armor active, she might be the only one standing after some serious AOE blasting. -Naturally equip the Fire Ruby rings. -If you can get a Weaken or Impaired to connect it'll give you a great advantage. -This fight will take a lot of turns as you're probably healing every turn. Just try to keep your party in good health so you don't get wiped out with an AOE skill. -Don't worry too much about the Dragon's Unseen Armor. It'll wear off when you just keep blasting it. Welys or Stryk can of course take it down in one turn. -Heleny can deal some serious damage to the Dragon but can get easily killed. If you're using her remember to keep her protected with Barrier all the time. The two demons are much more challenging than other skullquests. They require higher level parties, patience and luck. 6.11. Cleaver Demon Location: Hell HP:132000 Attacks: -Regular attack -Ignite -Fireball -Fireblast (Turn 4, 13, 22 and 30) -Flames of Terror (Turn 1 and 7) -Mass Ignite (Turn 10 and 18) -Apocalypse (Turn 31 ->) Rewards Exp: 4500 Gold: 2000 Cleaver Demon's Heart (Used to summon War in Halo) Meteoric Runearmor (Welys' ultimate armor) Word of Power: Holy (Skill for Lauranthia) Weaknesses Ice, Holy, Water Resistances Unholy (immune), Fire Possible states Daze, Impaired -Protect yourself against Fire. Ryulin has some serious staying power here, sadly her best attack is practically useless. -You have a save point right next to the battle. If your entire party is Demoralized after the first round, load and try again. -Finish the battle before turn 30 or the Demon will start using Apocalypse. A skill you cannot survive from. -When inflicted with Burning, heal it. A Burning character cannot hit anything. -With this much AOE attacks coming your way, Lyrion can be really helpful with his AOE healing. -This boss is nearly as challenging as Victoria. If you cannot beat him and wouldn't really need the rewards, consider leaving him be. 6.12. War Location: Halo (Bring Cleaver Demon's heart to the horse statue) HP: 120000 Attacks: -Regular attack -Charge (Turn 2, 8, 13, 18 and 24) -Ignite -Power Stomp -Eye Burn (Turn 6, 15 and 21) -2-H Blade Focus (Turn 3, 12, 20 and 25) -Apocalypse (Turn 30->) Rewards Exp: 4500 Gold: 15000 The Art Of War (Saralyn's ultimate weapon) Weaknesses Ice, Light, Holy, Water Resistances Unholy (Immune), Fire Possible states Stun, Impaired -Protect yourself against Stun! If possible protect at least some partymembers from Daze. -If you're using Ryulin, remove War's Focus as soon as possible. -Finish the battle before turn 30 or War will start using Apocalypse. A skill you cannot survive from. -This boss is nearly as challenging as Victoria. If you cannot beat him and wouldn't really need the rewards, consider leaving him be. 6.13. Victoria (Bloodqueen, Omega) The first part of the fight is nothing spectacular, I'm not going to write walkthrough for it. The Bloodqueen stage instead can be pretty hard. Victoria Bloodqueen, Animated Sword, Blood Vessel, Casting Skull Location: Victoria's Inner Sanctum HP:110000 Attacks: -Toxic Bloodstorm -Victoria's Gaze -Psychokinesis -Destroy Concentration (Turn 3, 10, 15, 22 and 30) Rewards: -Face Victoria Omega Weaknesses -Fire, Holy, Light, Darkness Resistances -Unholy Possible states -None -Until now you've always activated your buffs in the start of the battle. Victoria has a nasty attack that removes -all- buffs from your whole party (Destroy Concentration). This doesn't mean you shouldn't use buffs, just be ready for the rounds when Victoria cleans the table. -Her Toxic Blood Storm AOE isn't scripted on any turns. So she may use it once and follow-up with another one. It's not that deadly but can kill off low HP characters. -Victoria has a few weaknesses, exploit them. Integra's Slayer Shot also works well. -About victoria's animated helpers: The Animated Sword deals steady physical damage and drains Electricity attacks. The Casting Skull casts Blood Shield and Blood buff to the whole enemy team and drains Ice. Blood Vessel just heals the party every turn and drains Fire. -Victoria's attacks aren't that nasty, the fight is more about endurance and dealing steady damage. When using spells try to keep the animated helpers Drain abilities in mind. -Your true goal would be to kill off Victoria, the sword and other of the animated casters first. Then gather your partys HP and MP, and finish the last. You don't get to heal between the fights and the last one is still waiting. 6.14. Victoria Omega Location: Victoria's Inner Sanctum HP:165000 Attacks: -Regular Attack -Storm of Decay -Boiling Blood -Necro Curse -Finger of Death (Turn 1) -Finger of Death -Destroy Concentration (Turn 3, 12, 25, 31 and 38) -Toxic Blood Storm -Bloody Implosion Reward: -The end credits :) Weaknesses Fire, Holy, Light Resistances Unholy, Darkness Possible states none -First let's hope you gathered your HP and SP during the end of the last fight or the start of this match will be a lot slower and more difficult. -Victoria starts this match with a Finger of Death. If it hits a character not wearing a Ring of Life it'll probably kill the character. -Like in the previous match, Victoria will remove your buffs every now and then with Destroy Concentration. -Her AOEs aren't scripted so she may deal a lot of damage in a few turn if you're unlucky. Just try to keep your party in good HP. -The Boiling Blood attack will cripple one character. Remove it with a Glowflower or wait for it to end (2 rnds) -Necro Curse is a more potent crippling spell and it'll last even through death. Only way to remove it is with a Scroll of Remove Curse. You'll receive a few from Angela at the sanctum gates and get some more from Knack Bay if Angela is in your party. (There seems to be a glitch in the game that makes Glowflower remove Cursed state also. I may fix it in a later patch...) -Like in the previous match, exploit her weaknessess and use Slayer Shot. -Use Elixirs, Sharp Flowers and Kylmicos as much as needed, this is the last chance to use them. The Ultimate challenge If you acquired the painting to your inn from Lost Temple and Integra is at least at level 25 you can get teleported to face the game's most difficult boss. A Xirt. 6.15. Xirt??? Location: ? (Access: from your inn) HP: 380000 Attacks: -Regular attack -! -Pandora -Circle of Death (Turn 1) -Circle of Death -Omega Power (Turn 2, 12, 18 and 25) Rewards Exp: 250000 Gold: 99999 10x Kylmico Omega Coat Ability to unlock a secret bonus character. Weaknesses Water Resistances All except Water Possible states none -You'll probably need a party of at least level 30 and preferably even higher to even live through the first round. -It's possible to flee from this fight. However if you do you don't get another chance to fight the Xirt??? -This fight can take up to 30 minutes. Be prepared for that. -Equip the two Ring of Lifes to your damage dealers. They give resistance against Circle of Death. Damage dealers need to stay alive and get some damage done. -The best party to beat the Xirt??? is arguably Integra, Myira, Lyrion and Matik or Heleny. You'll need some serious buffs to survive from his attacks and to even touch him. Angela is also a decent party buffer. It's ofcourse possible to beat Xirt??? with almost any party, this particular party just makes the fight a lot easier. -You need to at least compete against his Agility so try to buff atleast one character to near 300 agility (Myira or Matik for example). High level Integra with Slayer Skinsuit is usually before him. (Xirt???s Agility is roughly 300) -Use equipments that give you Evasion. It's very hard to sustain a hit from Xirt??? and live, but to evade it altogether... -Lyrion's buffs are great in this match. Haste grants Agility and Evasion, Barrier Verse casts Unseen Armor and Menuet of Protection is awesome. -Save your Glowflowers for this match. If a character is hit with Pandora, only way to restore him is with a Glowflower. Easier with a Kylmico or Resurrection spell, as Glowflower deals some damage when used. -Save you Kylmicos for this battle. They make this battle much more bearable. -When he activates Omega Power it's a relief round. No casualities. You should easily deal more damage than he heals. If not then it's not the time to try this boss. Whenever you hit him there's a chance his Omega Power can deactivate. Otherwise it'll last for 5 rounds. -There's a lot of luck involved in this fight. Xirt??? has a chance to use Circle of Death every third round, a few Circle of Deaths in a row will destroy your team. If this happens try again or give up, your call. It's a secret bonus boss, don't ruin your game experience trying to defeat him.
