You know the feature that allows you to port 2000 games to 2003? Well, I tried it for the first time today.

Is it normal for battles to basically stop working? Because, whenever a battle initiates, the game locks up saying it reference a non-existing battle animation. (it does this at max animations)

Is there any way to fix this?

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Yes, that's normal. The combat in the two makers is completely different. RPG Maker 2003 has an extra set of battle animations for all characters, what on account of using a side-view battle system. Even if you add battle animations you will have to redo all your battles because they don't work the same way any more and none of the numbers will be right.
