WHERE IS 2K3 RTP?

I'm poopoose, quite new here, from Japan.
There are lots of games used RM 2003 engine but unfortunately some of them causes an error window saying like "The file *filename* cannot be opened." when I try to start the game or in the middle of plying it.
It seems like I need an RM 2k3 RTP of English version. I looked for it in rpgmakerweb.com but they apparently doesn't distribute that product anymore. How I deal with this problem...?

Welcome to RMN!
Since 2000/2003 were never officially released in English the English RTP is an illegal redistribution of the original RTP and it is bundled with the translated editor so we don't allow links or downloads to it here. You'll have to look for it on Google or another search engine.

Go to JP enterbrain (Use the translator) go to the 2k3 section at the bottom and download the hong kong rtp (English)

Japan=/= Chinese.
If I am not mistaken, you have to go to the Chinese enterbrain to get the hong kong english rtp. You get linked to that if I remember correctly. It may have changed since then.

Someone told me an exact link which I could get that RTP in PM.
