I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Battle on the Big Bridge & all of Rudra's themes, yes.
That said, rather than Battle for the Fields, Spirit Chaser is probs my favorite.

BotBB is my only my third-favorite SNES FF track, though. Second-up is the Veldt and Cyan's theme tied, and then INTO THE DARKNESS. Oh god, eat out my darkness please yes

(Of course the best SNES JRPG battle will have the best music!)

(I really wish the translation of this game would get into 'not the abyss')
(Technically this actually fits in my list which has so far been composed of final boss themes. Dual Orb 2 only has one battle theme and while I like it holy shit does it get old over the duration of a SNES JRPG.)
