Okay. So, as of recently, I have joined a project where, as the composer, I am to create music that conveys the attitude and persona of seven different races.
One of these races calls for a mix between two periods of music that I can't seem to wrap my head around:
Renaissance and Modern/Contemporary.
Are there any games that happen to have a soundtrack that encompasses this style:
But in an electronic fashion?

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

It is a good fusion of techno and renaissance, but the game is going to be a civilization simulation game centered in outerspace.

I couldn't see that particular song sufficing for this particular atmosphere.

I received a comment back from the developer, and he actually likes what I have! I have decided to go with my first inclination.
