QUESTION ABOUT GUBID'S TACTICAL BATTLE SYSTEM

Yeah I'm using the XP version of GTBSand I was just wondering when using the monster capture feature do I have to make a skill for it or do I just attack them and they join? Also do they stay in your party after the battle. Thanks! And I really hope GubiD makes an Ace version.
