It looks like you're colouring pixel by pixel, so this tutorial might come in handy for you:

You can select one colour at a time and paint over it that way too.

Haha, no problem. I've gone through entire spritesheets colouring pixel by pixel before I found out how to do that.

So many hours.. Hours I will never get back. D:
