"Roco Order": this pack contains the original Roco charsets with the original Roco facesets and reference files to find out which face belongs to which characters, as such:
It also contains a brand new charset file (with a corresponding reference faceset) with characters based on some unused Roco facesets, these were made by "The Rpg Daiou" and edited by "Novyal".
"RTP Corrections & Battlechars" contains RTP edits for 14 characters, these edits fix some charset pixel errors and changes the eye colours to match the facesets.
It also adds a lot of animations to these characters battle char files and changes their eye colours too:
In case you're wondering, "Novyal" is another name I go by.

I am working on a Doctor Who game, and decided that I would give out all of my sprites to everyone else to wants to use them for their own games.
the two above sprites are all of the 13 current Doctors, and some in their newly regenerated form. They were made with charas-project.net charset generator plus a little bit of help with windows paint
The Dalek, the Tardis, and the inside of the Tardis were made by J Faction who is a member on charas-project.net
These are all the sprites I have so far. I plan to add more in the future, and you can post a request for a sprite, and I will try to get back to you. Enjoy your Doctor Who Sprites :D

Do we know what this is from? I recognize the priestess because she appears in the crown/face sets, but this seriously looks like it's ripped from a game. I only ask because my game makes use of some of the characters from the Crown set and I'd like to make sure I'm not using rips.
EDIT: Found the source. Hanayome no Kanmuri (translates to "Crown of Bride", hence why they'd be under a "Crown" set), which was an Rm2k Japanese sample game and who's resources are free to use according to the RPG Maker 2000 Wikipedia article.
Freedom House is a Japanese material site with a lot of good midis, if there's anybody around who's still using that format. Under usage, it says, "It does not need permission until the end of the spacetime" (according to Google Translate) for regular use, which I find immensely charming.

I decided to cancel one of my RMN projects earlier today. Not wanting it to have been a pointless endeavour, I've decided to upload all of the characters I made using the template I had been using. If anyone wants to use them, you're more than welcome to do so!
A bit after the fact (and sorry for quoting such a gigantic post) but THANK YOU VERY MUCH for sharing these. You're a class act.

I've been scouring the net in search of a character set for 2000/20003 that I remember existing, but I can't find it anymore for the life of me. Someone once made a pretty decent looking moomba sprite from Final Fantasy VIII. Anyone have that laying around? I need a moomba sprite, and my attempt at spriting one has been laughable at best, so I'd love to get my hands on that old character set.

Hi,
I've found recently about NoJoy sprites (Jeffrey W. Barnes) and it appears it has been widely spread without according credits, so I made some researches to find his resources. This member of Gaming Ground Zero was mainly known for his charsets, but he also made some chipsets. Most of his works are linked to famous licences (Pokémon, Marvel, etc). He had his own website which can be found on Wayback Machine: The RPG2K Scrapbook.
His work was also used for some of the RTP 1.32 addon (starwar in charset and the two grey windowkin in System).
Here is all the files I found: https://rpgmaker.net/users/Gari/locker/rm2k3_resources_by_Jeffrey_W_Barnes.zip
All credit goes to NoJoy, aside from ripped(?) stuff.
I would like to find the remaining files I detailed in the Credit txt file. I put the preview pictures I could find on the Wayback Machine as reference.
Someone was looking for them some time ago and two people answered him:

Here are some previews for those who would like an idea:
