I'd like to know something. It's not made in any RPG MAKER or game maker of any kind so I don't know the answer to this question.

But are the creators of King Arthur's Gold able to upload their game onto RMN, if they wanted to do so?

What is King Arthur's Gold? I'm assuming it's a game and made in an engine of some kind? We do allow custom engines, though it does depend on a few things. So, some extra information would help us figure out the answer.

Though one thing is there's a free version which is alpha, then Beta which you have to buy, to play.

They could make a game page for it, but I think the file needs to be under 400MB.
But you can link the website to the download button I think if it exceeds this amount.

They would need to mark the game as commercial.
There is no restriction on the engine you use.
