CloseI'm Thinking of changing my profile pic, and i found this gif of Rumplestiltskin from Once, and I wanted to use that, but I heard of people getting banned over Gifs, So what are the rules for Them?
150x150 max dimensions, don't make it something huge (I'll throw 2MB+ but we don't have a defined maximum or anything, be considering of people who don't have super internets) or really obnoxious (use common sense) else we might ask you to change it. It also can't be lame. If you make it something boring like talking anime people I die a little inside.
2MB+ seems high. I try to keep things under 300kb myself (as a high point) because I want people even with slow internet see how clever I am dammit!
