While sending PMs more often than not after hitting submit you get "The system is down" error even though mail was sent (it is in sent items). What's up with that?

It might be your connection timing out for some reason. I've never had issue with sending PMs - though sometimes there's lag when posting in a thread, but that's often due to PomSite lag.

Impossibru. I've got 60mbps connection so if it is timeout, it's on my part.

I've had pretty consistent "System is down" errors some time ago. Not recently, however. Though, I don't really send out that many PMs to begin with, so...

When that issue happens, don't refresh the page. Doing so will send a second copy of the message. Instead return to the front page or anywhere else.

It happened to me a couple of times. I don't think it's a big deal.
