THE MASTER RPG MAKER HELPFUL THINGS TOPIC

Although they seem shunned upon here at RMN, here are the Kaizer templates for character spriting:
Those are only the HK's I believe. Just google them and you should be able to find other sizes and the whatnot.

I'm not sure of this a little off topic or not, but for all the people who downloaded that German 'Ineluki' thing, here's a link to a place to download a language translator, since I've found that the Google translator doesn't...really...work...
For me, anyway.
;) It should make using the 'Ineluki' thing somewhat easier, as just about all of the text is in German. Once you've downloaded the translator, all you have to do is hold down the Control key on your keyboard and click on a word (it takes whole paragraphs to translate :D). Then it'll show a box with the (in this case) German text. There's a button that says Translate. You click that, another box below it comes up with the translated text, and you can read it! Hoorah! (Btw, sorry if that was slightly incomprehensible ;) But we're all bright sparks here (I hope ;)) so it shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

And here's another (stupidly long, I might add) one just in case: http://www.babylon.com/affiliates/landing/index.php?id=10588&lang=eng&textlink=gkn14696&gclid=CNrAqJ68wZcCFRwwawodE3wwSw

I'm looking for an image that marks the boundries for an rm2k3 battlecharset. Anybody know of one?
You mean a template?

Talking about broken links, does anyone still have (could upload again please :P) the RMVX tileset templates by Despain?
I know this is old, but I'll re-upload them. They're not special, and a bit outdated, but it was an explanation of how the tiles work for people who wanted to make custom ones.
Here

By Sam's request, here's RMText. Best application ever.

I get a broken link :S
post=76272GraphicsGale's grid options eliminate the need for such templates.

EDIT: Also
Item/Skill associationHurray someone actually found my tutorial useful! ...???
If anyone wants to create their own landscape panoramas I highly recommend Terragen: http://www.planetside.co.uk/content/view/16/28/
Photorealistic (well, almost) results and it's free for non-commercial use. Max resolution's limited to 1280x960 for the free version - more than enough for RPG Maker.

All of the d1-atelier links are broken (they lead to a dead domain), ie http://dl1.rpg-atelier.net/ressourcen2/programme/Effect.exe.
Anyone want to host those patches and stuff somewhere? There is some interesting stuff I'd like to check out.

The Font Changer link here doesn't work. I found one that does work on another site. The link (that works) for it is: http://dl1.rpg-atelier.net/ressourcen2/programme/chgfont.exe .
http://rpgmaker.net/users/Craze/locker/Type.exe Here's RMType again.
@nickad: Yeah, I think maybe all those links work, actually. I tried clicking yours and I got the same dead domain, but in actual fact if you copy/paste the link into the url bar it'll work just fine (for yours, anyways, I haven't tested the other ones).
@Craze: What does RMType do, exactly? I have the David patch that Aten (I think it was Aten) released at GW and it has two accurate lines showing where the text box cuts off if you are using or not using facesets in Rm2k3. It's ridiculously helpful! I haven't gotten text cutoff yet!
