It depends. First it will have to go through the submission queue and meet the required standards of the site (they're noted when you make your game page). Second, part of those standards is decent mapping (when it's used), well-written description and a game that doesn't have hate speech or pornography (so slurs for races, genders, sex, etc - there are exceptions to the rule, but if your game comes across as a shitty 'I joke about all these bad things and call people names because I am lol' then it will not get through.)

Just remember to post something of decent quality - make sure to pick good screenshots to show (there must be at least three and the three required ones must be in-game shots that show off your project so that people know what to expect) and try to describe the story a bit.

To submit, hover over the Submissions heading in the black bar, click on Submit Game and follow the prompts.

There's a game about baby Jesus so I think its okay.
Actually there are 3 games about this...
