As some of you may know, I hosted a tactical forum rpg in the style of Fire Emblem a few years back. I figure it's been entirely too long since the discontinuation of the game, and I'm reviving it!
Rules:
If you sign up, state your character's name, and pick any of the classes below!
Starter classes:
Other classes:
Only one person may pick any given class. If you choose a Starter class, you will start in the first battle. If you pick any other class, you will appear in the game in later battles. In general, more basic classes will appear earlier. Infantry classes first, then horseback classes, then magic classes. The order in which the classes are chosen will also affect what battle they first appear in.

Rules:
The game will be phase-based, much like the fire emblem games. Everyone controls one character, who they can move and attack/use items/wait with in Player phase. After all have posted a move, they are executed in the order they were posted, and the battle'll switch to enemy phase, in which the enemies will actively try to kill your team members. I will control the enemy, and I will be an evil A.I., so if I can kill someone, I will. Dead characters are lost forever, but if your character dies, you are free to create a new one.
The weapon triangle applies, which means attacking enemies holding swords with lances, enemies holding lances with axes or enemies holding axes with swords will provide 1 bonus to weapon strength, and 15% to hit chance, while attacking enemies holding swords with axes, enemies holding axes with lances or enemies holding lances with swords will provide a 1 penalty to weapon strength, and a 15% penalty to hit chance.

I decided it would be unfair to those who weren't around 2 years ago to give Avee and Marrend a priority, so I removed the priority.

Advice to anyone who wants to play an advanced class but also wants to play immediately: roll a soldier, and then die after two or three battles.
Will there be usable and passive skills we can learn, like in the Radiance games, or are we in old school simple mode?

Goal: Have any blue unit seize E17.

- visiting a village (blue only) (When a village is visited before it is destroyed by bandits, something good happens.)
Goal: Have any blue unit seize E17.
New people may still sign up! (Although at this point, people will likely have to wait until battle 3 or 4 already) Also, there are no rules of any kind against discussing tactics.
I could probably be talked into doing this again if Oharu retains her promotion. Though, I guess that would mean she wouldn't be available until the next mission to be more fair about it.

Oharu became a knight (which isn't technically a promotion, but it's more useful than a soldier.) The knight class is still open, so you're free to sign her back up!
But yes, you are not in battle 1.
Edit: Changed the title so the rpg is tactical, and not the forum. (If my little knowledge of Japanese is correct.) Although this also sounds wrong in my ears. forum rpg, is that a forum of an rpg or an rpg of a forum?
