Details might help - what you can do, what your skill level is, examples of your work (you have linked a game, but how about actual written examples of other stories and ideas?). People like to get to know the people they work with and for writers that means reading some of the things they wrote so that they can see whether it's a good fit or not.

Something I've seen other eventers do is create demo projects of various events in place. If you're looking to provide people with ideas and events, that could be one approach.

That is a good idea, I'll compile a little demo of my eventing work and maybe create something else for it altogether!
