I have renamed the Game Development forum to What's Happening in Game Make & RMN.
I have renamed the Game Design & Theory forum to Game Design & Development.
I have "moved" the first few pages of game development topics into the GD&D forum.
I have move the recent announcements from the Announcement forum to What's Happening.
I have removed the old Announcement forum.

What's Happening in Game Make & RMN is now the announcement forum, for announcing mostly game engine related stuff, events, contests, requesting rare games, requesting reviews (for some reason that seemed to be the forum that review and LP requests were happening :/ ), and things of that nature. Anyone, of course, is free to make an announcement pertinent to the wider world of game make.
Game Design & Development is for discussing game design and development, and also design theory.
Kind of unsure where review and LP requests and offers should go... for now they are in What's Happening...
