I have a problem. I want certain monsters to only use moves if you are a certain level. Then I found party level. But I was wondering, is party level stand for all the levels of you entire part combined or the average?
I think it should be the average - one way to test it would be to make a battle test with a Level 1 and a Level 4 character and check if skills are used on Party Level 2/3/4 and above.

If I remember correctly, it's meant to be average level but is actually highest. The default script isn't coded right. I think one of my previous Slip into Ruby articles explained it.
