As long as it has at least 3 maps and some sort of description, you can make a page.
I just barely qualify then. Haha...
I'd suggest making use of the screenshot thread for map feedback - outside of game pages, that's the place to go for general critique on maps.
You could make the focus of this thread just your art, which would work.
