Anyone correct me if I'm wrong, but you should be allowed to post a non-english game here. At least, so long as the game page description (or a part of it) is english.
That said, there should be a few peeps on here that can translate or proofread your game for you. Just ask in the forums.

Oh this is good to know really. Yes the game description will be in English of course, as spell and weapons/items/etc names too.
