It was a song by nocturnal depression called Nostalgia. I didn't like it to much but I realised something fucked up. Besides it's shitty sound cuality (dsbm) the intro sounds like this song.
I realised that and I thougt it was a clear plagy of that song.
Do you think this is a plagy?

People have used samples from other songs in their compositions for millions of years. You said it yourself, "The intro sounds like this song", if it's only the intro, then it's ok.

I don't know how far you have to go for it to work as a legal aspect. Fact is, music has been produced for a long time. You are exposed to it a lot and it is tough to make it all new. It's a problem art has faced too.
Unless you go for modern experimental things that are trying to be all different and can only do so in ways that are more interesting than enjoyable.

Lol, I haven't noticed that this can have two meanings. The important one is here that it is pantocrator.
