Sooz's idea was great fun, so I'm copying it. Not the style of game though, I'll try and come up with something interesting.

you can say specific actions, not just press buttons.

If fly doesn't work, back away from the cliff slightly via the right movement movement (only move one-two tiles) to invite the slime down the cliff, and when it follows you jump move left+jump to jump on top of it to use it as a stepping stone to reach the top of the cliff.
