CloseI submitted a review a few days ago and it was pending, then edited it (added a line for clarification), and today I noticed that I could no longer see it from my profile. Does this mean it was rejected? I didn't get a notice or anything so I'm wondering if I did something wrong or if it failed to meet review standards or something; I'm new, obviously, so I'm not sure how this usually goes. Should I just resubmit it?
Hmm...maybe you accidentally deleted it. Rejecting the review doesn't erase it. You can still see it in your profile. I think you're the only one that can erase it. Since I've never deleted one of my reviews, I don't know if it still stays listed after being deleted. I know that if you delete one of your game pages, you can still see it. If that's the case for reviews, maybe you've encountered a glitch.
I can only look at the submission queue, and cannot actually look to see submission contents. However, I do see a review submitted by an "Emberfell" whose status is "Pending", submitted maybe four days ago (giver or take).
I mean, it kinda sounds like it should still be listed under your "Submissions" tab on the user-bar (or profile), but, if not... bug?

Just to clarify - where are you trying to look for the review?
If you are looking under profile -> reviews, then only accepted reviews are visible.
If you are looking under profile -> submissions, then a list of things pending and accepted should be visible, and only there can you view pending items
Usually in the rare case a review does get rejected, you should get a short notice for it with the basic underlying issue or issues. I think the queue keeper changed though, and I never had one of mine rejected, so I don't know how it's right now!
Anyway, if it was rejected, you should know : )
And it looks like it is still available, seeing how it's still visible for the mods in the queue. Right now a lot of reviews are being submitted due to an event going on, so be patient as it may take longer than normal (say, a week or two)

If a review is denied, you will be contacted with the reasons why and how it can be made acceptable.
Staying on top of the queue has indeed been a challenge with that review drive going on. I'm kind of busy with a lot myself at present, so your patience is appreciated.

Sorry about the late response, everyone; I had problems with my laptop (in that my laptop is no longer functional) but I appreciate the prompt responses!
Now that I actually checked under Submissions, I do in fact see the pending review! I don't remember clicking on it previously and hadn't done so this time because the Submissions drop-down doesn't list reviews; I thought it was just for "real" submissions like games and articles. I was also really tired when I edited it, so I probably just forgot how I got to it! Anyway, thanks again and I'm happy to hear that I didn't somehow manage to botch something relatively simple.
