[RMMV] "STUN" STATUS

I am in need of a status effect that prevents an enemy from moving/acting on his turn for X rounds, in short he loses a turn or X number of turns while the status is in effect. Its a separate or custom effect from paralyzed,asleep,frozen etc. Does anyone know if its possible to implement such a thing or if a plug in already exists for it? Thank you in advanced. :)

I don't think you would need a plugin for this? Granted, I've got Ace in front of me as I type, but, there should be a field for "State Restriction" that you can set to "cannot move". There should also be a field for auto-removal that could trigger at end of turn, and set the duration between x and x?
What exactly prevents you from just duplicating Paralysis and changing the name?
