[RMMV] EXITING AFTER THE SPLASH SCREEN?

Every time I load up RMMV the splash screen comes up fine then it just exits and no RMMV comes up I have tried uninstalling it restarting my computer and then reinstalling it, nothing still exits after the splash screen. I even tried the "verify integrity of application files".

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
