Go to google and search name generator. There are several sites and some programs that can generate random names.

My advice whenever you need some names.
Step 1
Just punch a bunch of random letters
jnuhirtni
kgor
Step 2
Edit slightly to make pronounceable
jnuhirtni becomes Janoherty
kgor becomes Kaygor
Step 3
Decide what the hell this means.
Janoherty is a small provincial city known for it's fine wines and large mental asylum.
Kaygor is an unemployed miner with a bigoted hatred for elves.
Repeat as necessary :P

If this is for a game title you'll want to make it sharp and sweet - and pronouncable. Exnihilia sounds too complicated with too many syllables. Why not just leave it as Nihilia?
