RPG MAKER XP GAMES WITHOUT THE RTP DOWNLOAD

I know this makes me sound like a noob, which in many ways I am, but I need to know how to make the RTP come with the game in RPG maker XP. I tried setting the rtp to standard, but that didn't work. If anyone can help me, PLEASE do.

iirc RMXP isn't as picky as 2k3 with the RTP. If your game has all files it uses in its game folder (You'll have to copy files that your game uses in the RTP into the appropriate folder in your game). If the game is being a pain about starting without the RTP, there should be something similar to "RTP=whatever" in the Game.ini file in your game folder. Remove that line.

One way to test this is just to rename your RTP so RMXP can't use it and play your game and see if it crashes from missing files.
