I just can't see anyone seriously getting involved with a project with a premise of playing other peoples creations and mashing their own carefully crafted storylines into some incoherent mess, using a flimsy at best plotline. Dissidia worked because the different IPs belonged to one franchise.

I'd be up for this if it were made in something other than rpgmaker so we can create an actual fighting game here.
this would be cool if the characters were just npcs in your game instead. I'd totally line you up with a ton of NPCs if it were just to help out make a game. Actually, I might just have to make my own community event for this
