How do we upload an image from our computer? Or does it have to be an online picture?

You can go to your Locker ([in the top menu, YourName > Locker)
From there you can select an image file from your computer and upload it.
Then, click on the image, copy the URL to the image
Go to YourName > Edit Profile
Paste the URL of the image into the Avatar image field
Click 'Update' at the bottom


It isn't very streamlined, but it does the job.
