A behind-the-scenes taskforce who's current mission is to stop a mysterious gang of thieves from resurrecting a war criminal.
Lake, after helping members of V.O.I.D with their plan, becomes involved with the team, having to travel from island to island to help eliminate the thieves.

After Lake moved to Sunrise Outskirts, Rex quickly became Lake's best friend, since they're both over-confident and hot headed.
Rex spends most of his time tending to his pet Slimes and making weapons, practising various different methods and using different materials.
