One Week

- ABOUT ONE WEEK -

"One Week" is an original pixel-style game made exclusively using RPG Maker MV. It is about an hour long and can be characterized as a simple adventure game with a story to tell. I hope to have it complete by July 1st.

Have you ever wondered... what would life be like without feelings? It is something that many surely take for granted. After all, how important can our basic emotions be?

You take the role of a young woman named Merry. Suffering from amnesia among other things, she spends her days living the same routine, day in and day out. Her tale takes place in a future where technology has allowed us to treat those with mental health conditions in an extraordinary and unbelievable way, a unique invention called the "Feelens." Despite being simple lenses, there is much more to them than meets the eye.

Solve simple puzzles and carry out the protagonist's everyday routine to unravel her personal story. Who is she? What happened to her? Interact with adorable and relatable characters, live through their experiences, and discover just how powerful emotions are.

- BEFORE PLAYING -

Please note that this game can be completed in about an hour. Though it may seem repetitive at times, try to put yourself in Merry's shoes, as the story progresses, and remember that Merry's routine, in a way, is all she has.

I've also had issues with deployment in the past in terms of fonts. If you load the game and notice that the default font is being used, please install the necessary font. It is called "PixelArial" and is included in the downloads section for your convenience!

* This is stated in the game as well, but if you would like to use any resources from the game, please check with me first and refer to the credits for any borrowed assets.

* If you are awesome enough to do a "Let's Play" series of the game, THAT'S GREAT. Just please give me a heads up, I would love to see it! Please don't edit out the credits. Lots of talented help went into this project!
