You control a young man named Angel, who seems to act anything but, and three other party members: Chere, a sweetheart of a lady that can understand different languages; Slimey, a slime that is smarter than most people think, and Azure, an elf, that lends the party use of his vehicles across the desert.

Celestial Descent was released in 2002 with little fanfare, but nonetheless was something a little different from what I had done up to that point. In fact, the concept of the game was good, the problem was with how I went about making it.

Someday, Celestial Descent will return as Celestia: A Starfallen Tale, but for now, the project remains silent.

Celestial Descent hasn't exactly had success in the RPG Making community. It's a shame, too, as it was one of my first attempts to do something truly different.

What you don't know is that the reason Celestial Descent even exists, is that the Dragon Kingdoms games hit a tough spot in 2001, and at the time, I didn't think there would be any more games in the series (#5 almost got cancelled, but instead was changed GREATLY from the original version).

Celestial Descent never had many downloads, reviewed poorly, and didn't have very many fans. For what it's worth, it got better reviews than Dragon Kingdoms IV (but not V), so maybe someday it will reappear in a different form.
