You have a few height issues in that the top floor walls would be 1 tile high due to the height added by the stairs.
Also, cabinets/shelves should be down one spot since they're on the floor not supposed to be floating on the walls.

Thanks for pointing that out. The image was cut off during the screenshot but I've updated it. now it should be fine. or does it still feel like there's a height issue?
