Prologue, Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter3 and credits (6-10 hours of gameplay).

The story so far:

After the defeat of the Godeater Damos, and the Elsean invasion force annihilated in Artisala. Risa and her friends continue east toward the Ametarashi Federation: the realm of the setting sun.

It is here, where the supreme commander of the Elsean pricipalities, Prince Haakon, and the bulk of his army have landed, with the aim of conquering the Federation and overthrowing the Ametarashi Empress, Enku.
The 2nd instalment of the Journey to the East puts you in control of the smart and cunning Bilonian Sorceress, Karys Sana Merkel.
Aswaith, her childhood friend has been captured by Haakon, and she will do anything to save her from the clutches of evil.

Will she succeed in her rescue attempt, or will she fall foul to the evil minions of chaos?

Main Exports: Levitation stones, agricultural products, rare metals, timber, fish, iron ore, firearms.
Federation Members: Hakomo District, Onsei, Norioka, Komimaki, Rumikawa, Fondai Kyoji, Ibisu, Meion, Kato, Eren, Tsugama, Rana.

JTTE2 v.0.03 (Small update, bug fixes)

This is a small patch that addresses some of the bugs that were reported in the previous version.

Without giving too much away of the story, here are some of the changes:
- The more powerful skills now require a full increment on the power gauge.
- Added enemies to the "other" world map.
- You can rename the character that will join you later in the story.
- Rebalancing of some enemies and skills.
- Glory items from the first game.
- You can collect and sell metals as well as gemstones.
- Improvement on the Journal system. More detail.
- The usual bugfixes, typo correction and polishing.

Note: If you've played the previous version, 0.02. This version won't continue the story but gives you an overall better experience.

Thank you so much. This will be my second game that I've ever made. Since I am now more experience using Rpg Maker MV, I can make this game a lot better than the first with better planning.

So we are having a priestess as a new character when we already had a mostly healing-focused character (aka Karys) in the game? I wonder how this will balance out.

lol, can't say for sure if it will be lighter but I will be focusing on quality over quantity this time.

I've just finished the prequel.
The world of Eos is really fleshed out, liked everything about the story so far.
Looking forward to play this game aswell!

Just dropping in to compliment the first game, out of a dozen similar-scale local RPGs i tried recently JttE was my favorite, in terms of game design choises and the amount of fun had. It's excellent overall, smooth experience and fantastic atmosphere.
I have the utmost confidence in the sequel now that your gamedev levels have gone up. Hope your games get more coverage in the future, they definitely deserve more attention.
(also if you ever in need for some second hand help with scripting or sound or whatever else just shoot me a message)

When i needed help you were with me in journey to the east 1 and i completed the game loved it i am waiting for this game SO I CAN PLAY IT ...uhhh sorry i can't wait but i will!!!

Journey to the east is a very good game. I completed part 1 and now starting on part 2. I play the game before bed time and it is an amazing experience!

THanks for the first game now im in the city where i should find the healer but how do i mix the colored balls to get orange? Found it but the right yellow one is buggy when i throw it and don´t stand in front of it but one tile away it fly over the slot where it should go. Also nice new art even if it is a little said that we have now less skills and start again but i like the story so far even if i want Risa back. Where did you found that Bird Art.

To get orange, you need to place the red and yellow orbs on either side of the orange seal. If the orbs are place in the wrong place, they go back to their original position. Alternative, you can exit map and reenter to reset everything.

I solved the mixing what i ment was that if we do not stay directly infront of the opening for Yellow but one tile furhter awy which is not possible for red and blue the yellow does not "fit" the only bug i encountered.

Questions When we choose Air for Karys will Aswaith than also have air or water? So do they have always the same or diffrent?

Ok, thanks for letting me know about the bug.
As for their skills, I haven't really planned it that far, but I probably go for a different skillset for Aswaith so she won't have the same ones as Karys.

I'm glad to hear you're excited about the game. I'm taking a short break from game making at the moment because real life caught up to me, so I can't really say when the next part will come out. I'll keep you posted and thanks for playing.
