Clark and his team are backed by the region's king to go on a quest in order to infiltrate and eliminate the secret society, a new threat to the land who harbors power from a new kind of magic which utilizes electricity, steam, and gears.
Clark is accompanied by Jade, a warrior from his village and later meets more adventurers throughout his quest. Exploring the land you might encounter fairies, wild animals, and monsters. You must help the locals, infiltrate the secret society and find out how to save your homeland. The game involves exploration, dynamic dialogue, strategic battles, puzzles, and sailing.

How to Download and Play the Game

The Secret World has a Mac and Windows version. If you have a Windows PC, then just click the big download button on this page. If you have a Mac, then click on the "Downloads" tab then select the file named "The Secret World (MAC)."

In order to play the game, you will need some form of extraction software because the files are compressed .rar to make the download a smaller size. If you have windows you can use Winrar or 7zip to extract, and if you have a Mac then use Unarchiver, which is a free download on the App Store. After installing, you have to right click "The Secret World.rar" file and select the "extract" option to get the actual game folder.

Only for Mac: Since Apple computers only allow App Store items to run by default, you might need to change your settings if the game is blocked. To do this, go to "System Preferences," then "Security & Privacy," and under the "General" tab select the lock in the lower left corner to allow changes. In the "Allow apps downloaded from:" section, click the button to the left of "Anywhere." You can now use third party applications that you trust.

To finally play, click on "Game.exe" for Windows and if you're on a Mac there should only be one file "Game.app"

Just so you know, it's probably better if your title was just The Secret World and you can credit yourself in the description. It's probably not needed to be in the title of this gamepage. Just a heads up! :)

Thanks! I think I'll change it soon. I was just trying to make it easier to show up on Google since that's how I told a few colleagues to find it.

Just downloaded the game..fresh.
There are two 23 minute plus saves already in the file. I wouldn't have known if not for the cursor defaulting to "continue".
