Razor City Frenzy -Protologue- is a 25 - 30 minutes long prototype made in RPG Maker VX Ace in 3 weeks.

A city controlled by street gangs, knife duels everywhere, and a mysterious murder nobody can seem to understand. Take control of Zipper and guide her through Razor City in an attempt to discover what happened to her boss.

Featuring a completely unique reflex based but at the same time balanced battle system, Accompanied by a stylish user interface, and gorgeous hand drawn graphics.

Ok, we are probably jerking ourselves too much with that description. It's a pretty nice game tho.

UPDATED TO VERSION 1.1

We updated the game to fix a few bugs and added some neat stuff too.

-Removed bug regarding a Z press in the metro exploration mode
-Removed failure image showing up on dodging minigame despite pressing the arrow correctly
-Removed shield points stacking over battles
+Added some missing animations to the battles and improved already existing ones
+Minor change in gameplay regarding Evade option.

The game is nearly reaching 1000 downloads between itch.io and gamejolt, thank you so much.

Fuck man this game looks stylish. Reminds me of games like Danganronpa or Persona except with its own unique identity.

I played for ten minutes or so. I really like the graphics, but the text sound is really annoying and I would advise to remove it. Also, it seems like I'm not smart enough to understand the battle system even though I've read the instructions twice. I lost the game two times during the very beginning due to me missing every single attack. If I were you, I would like to make it a little bit more intuitive.
