A young warrior, Rok is hiding in a small town. He is the son of a rebel general who opposes the evil tyrant King Granch. A bounty hunter tracks down his father and mortally wounds him, but before he dies, his father instructs Rok to bring together the remaining rebel generals to take down King Granch. However it won't be simple as each general is hiding out in places Granch can't find them. Dangerous places that will be perilous for Rok and his small band of allies to venture into. Rok must set up a base in an abandoned city and gather his forces so that he can invade Gobagov and put an end to King Granch's tyranny.

- Recruit fighters for your battle party with various skills, eg, wizards, thieves, archers. You choose who gets to be in your battle party.
- Level up, promote your battle party members and develop new battle skills and magic.
- No random battles. All monsters/enemies roam the world. You can see them coming and can even avoid some of them.
- Populate and develop your city by recruiting people on your travels, eg merchants, workers. Some may require you to perform tasks before they join you.
- Make governing decisions that will have an effect on your people.
- Travel to numerous towns with amusing themes, like Snobsville, Boozetown, City of Crooks.
- Fight your way through a vast world of caves, forests and dungeons, solving puzzles to help you advance.
- Undertake numerous side quests, which help you gain special items, skills and money. Your quest book helps you keep track of these.

A number of years ago I spent hours and hours developing this humorous RPG game in RPG Maker XP. I spent so much time on it, I don't even want to try to recall just how much. My efforts produced a huge turn-based RPG game with some similarities to the Suikoden series of video games from the 90s.

BASIC GUIDE

Training – Skill points are needed to be able to gain new skills. These are awarded when you defeat monsters. You can cash these in for new magic/battle skills at your characters’ individual training areas. Some skills you cannot learn until you’ve been promoted. You can keep track of the number of skill points you have by checking out your in game notebook.
Note: Once you reach certain levels, killing weaker monsters will cease to give you skill points.

Special skills – Most of your characters have their own special skill. For instance, the main hero has stealth skills. The higher the level he reaches, the easier it is to sneak up on certain monsters and kill them from behind. Some monsters require a higher skill to sneak up on. (You can only sneak up on creatures who are not moving. ) Sometimes stealth can be used to sneak past certain people.
Some other characters have their own unique skills, eg, Faith, Crush, Picklock, Eyesight

Walking speed – Your walking speed does start off quite slow, but don’t worry. You can increase this early on by cashing in skill points at the main character's training arena.

Promotions – All your characters can be promoted once, but you will need to be around level 30 to get the promotion. At that point, you will need to re-equip your armour and weapons.

Cassidy – At one point you will reach Cassidy, a town overrun by enemy soldiers but with nobody living there. This will be your base that you can recruit people to reside there. Some people are easy to find and recruit. Others are a little harder and will require tasks performed or items to be found before they will join you. Other characters may require you to be at a certain experience level or have gained some particular skill.
• If you can recruit shopkeepers you will always have the best equipment and items available to purchase (they still have to make a profit)
• You can have a farm where you can grow produce and foster animals.
• You can have a restaurant chef who is able to take things from the farm and create special items for you.
• You can recruit a seer who can give you clues on where everybody is if you are having trouble finding them.

Hi, Masake. So sorry I have taken so long to respond. The walkthrough gives you all the steps you need to get through the game.

version 6 will have fixed the bug you are having issues with, although if you are upgrading you will need to exit back out of the sewers and return again. The bug was that the game wasn't resetting the puzzle if you exited the sewers after you flicked switches. This made the puzzle impossible to solve once you returned to have another go at it. This was the problem others were having too. Quite a big bug!

What do you mean by full walkthrough?
About the switch in the sewer below the church, can someone take a picture of how to solve it? Because the hint that just given is confusing

Sorry Orca, I see I misread your last message. I'm guessing you're probably confused by my answer. There is a reason I didn't give Cliff a skill.

Reason:
I'ts because he's not a permanent member of the team. I won't say why. You'll find out for yourself.
He's not the only one. The main character has stealth, Janette has special eyesight Angel faith and Rex smash.
why cliff's the only one without a special skill?
Thanks for the feeback Jayfeather. I shall give some thought about the initial walking speed.
i think this game has great potential but im sry to put it this way it seems that it has been done in a bit lazy way. the point system is cool and story has interesting moments but its just going to fast without any major explanation and characters lack depth ( and maybe a splash art while we at it ). Maps also have some nice details but often its just a same random thing thats been placed 10 times in a straight line to block your character from moving and it doesnt look that good. if you take your time and write a compeling story and add some details to the maps this game could be a great hit, oh and pls remove the slow walking speed start, ik it ends quickly but its just so annoying and peoplv might give up on game just because of that
NEWS FLASH

I believe I have uncovered an issue when it comes to the switches in the sewers that may be what is causing people problems. If switches where flicked and then the player teleported out, it caused a miscalculation when returning to flick the switches. I have now fixed the problem and am about to put up version 4 for download.
Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. I have replied to your PM and will check it out tonight. Strange that it's causing you problems.

If others are having problems I may have to simplify it or remove the puzzle all together. Unless I can figure out what's going on.
recker i need some help,i do the left down down up, right up down down switches and even that i stuck how i can pass it?

I am loving this game, but I have found a potentially game breaking bug: I was exploring caves outside the city of monsters (those with pits). When I was in the “trade with care” room I teleported outside to farm skills (I am an heavy grinder .. level 60 - upgraded- with everyone)... well: I can’t re-enter the room by walking so I am forever stuck (and leaving game if nothing can be done). Help me!

I will PM you to find out more.

I had to go back to a certain save point and play the game forward from there to get the past the switches. Should be under level 20 still when you try. it makes a difference.

No matter what way I switch the switches, I can't activate anything. Is there something else to the puzzle I am just missing?

That should open up the path way on the other side. It should just be that one pattern that will do it. The sign shows three directions for the left side and three directions for the right side. First letter of each line represents Down or Up.

Left switches: down down up
right switches: up down down

I think I know what the problem is. I've allowed people to leave Snobsville without actually finishing up in the sewers. I really thought they would get killed if they tried to go out there without Cliff. I guess I will need to stop people from leaving Snobsville until they have picked up Cliff.

If you are stuck in the sewer and can't figure the switch puzzle ...
Spoiler alert:

The sign to the left gives you the clues.
Each line starts with either a D or a U
D = down U = up

If your talking about the wood piece from the hometown forest then it makes me use it in that forest and wont let me reuse it otherwise there is no wood piece that I can find. Still stuck in sewers.
