I assumed this was a Tablet of Destiny, but counted 115 spaces rather than the usual 108. Unless this also includes non-stars?

*Edit: Also, minor nit-pick, but, that flame in the center? Probably should be "over" the character.

I actually had to recount a few times (they kinda bleed together after a bit) and I think I'm actually at 109 spots, so I'll have to fix that. Thanks for pointing that out!

The extra people you see around the center guy (hero) are actually different version you can get, also some stars will also have different versions of themselves to.

The fire is also a place holder and I didnt even it notice it being bad. I have since spanked it and taught it a lesson. Thanks ^_^

Yes, and I do have a script for it. I'm still playing around with it, and honestly not sure what I will settle with. This (the picture that is) is trying to do something different.

Yes-ish. The game is based around the million worlds, and how their can be different versions of the same person on these worlds. So (as of right now, cause beta lol) if you have the main star, you can also recruit their alt person who plays slightly different, and may have different abilities to.
