PLOT
2304 AW. Algol Solar System. Motavia. Twenty years passed since the elimination of Profound Darkness . Ancient technologies were hidden from the people’s eyes again. Hahn Mahlay is the first man on Motavia, principal of Motavian Academy, exemplary family man and the best scientist. He starts a new organization in the east - The Guardians. Defenders monitor the ecological state of the planet and any of its deviations.
Our story started in Zema, where two Guardians ready for a mission are having a rest.
CHARACTERS
Name: Emma
Age: 19
Class: Pupil
Short Bio: Emma is an orphan who lives and works with her sister to organize the Guardians in the Spiral Tower. She spends a lot of time in the library, and does not like to get involved in a battle.
Name: Jine
Age: 26
Class: Guardian
Short Bio: Jine is an exemplary guardian who is responsible for each task that she is assigned to in the Spiral Tower. She cares about her little sister very much, although she tries to hide it.
Name: Asia
Age: 16
Class: Lab Assistant
Short Bio: The most fun member of the group. She always tries to find something positive in everything and loves a great adventure, even when she is advised not to get involved in it.
Name: Hahn
Age: 44
Class: Principal
Short Bio: The great scientist who once helped combat the Profound Darkness. Now he is trying to maintain peace throughout the world.

CloseOhh what`s this just coming up from nowhere(for me). Phantasy star was the first game i finished .
I think this looks wonderful. I hope and think it has a couple of playtimes.
This is a Must test/play.
The trailer looks wonderufl, with great mapping and it looks so good.
Congrats on a finished game. And RMXP is always good and interestning(for me).

I'm currently fighting these four Guards 511-X with Hahn and Wright - three of them are still standing after fighting for nearly half an hour! Am I supposed to lose this fight? If I'm not, I don't want to quit this fight, but if I am, I don't want to prolong an unnecessary fight. Since Hahn's TP+ buff doesn't seem to run out, I can probably fight ad infinitum switching between heal and attack techs, while the useless Wright defends. Of course, I've already used up all special skills. The right Guard 511-X is the one that died first, even though it didn't sustain nearly as much damage as the other ones. This fight is really confusing.
Edit: Okay, lost my patience and the fight on purpose. It turns out the party is indeed supposed to lose this fight. This makes it all the more baffling that at least one of the Guards 511-X can be beaten.

Hmmm... Its strange. I set to all guards on this fight immortal option. I need to find what problem it is and fix it. Thank you for feedback and I'm sorry!

So I've completed this Phantasy IV follow on and it was nice to see what the "promising future" of Algo may have been like. Nice having the same or similar graphics and sound of Phantasy Star IV. That said, I wasn't so happy with the story, the characters and the way it ended. I couldn't care about this family of characters they way I could about the family of heroes in Phantasy Star IV, Chaz, Rika, Rune, Alys, Wren etc., who started to feel quite real to me. When I saw the beginning party was two heroines, sisters, and then had another heroine added to it, I thought perhaps the game was building on Phantasy Star roots of having a heroine leading the party or important heroines within the party. But I felt the trio of heroines were made into silly girls as the adventure progressed, with silly humour. I thought the returning characters were OK, true in some ways to Phantasy Star IV, not so true in others. As for the lead villain, he was ok, though not far progressed from Zio. When the character was introduced, I was hoping for something a bit more unpredictable.
Since completing Phantasy Star IV, I've always wondered what Algo's future would be like with this supposed source of darkness destroyed. The closing music is called "The Promising Future", but a couple of things indicate that life will still have its ordinary problems, Rune saying that he still has to continue watching over Algo as Lutz and Wren cautioning Rika that should she choose to live on Motavia with the humans, she'll experience pain i.e trouble finding acceptance.

I just wanna leave a coment, this game really feels like playing an epilogue to ps4, i noticed that before going back to the tower, in the town nearby, if you fight the worm outside the town and lose the battle, a message displays "you died/game" in another language.

1) That Was Cool!!! Playing like real phantasy star part next after 4, thx!!!
2) i was complete it fully on 100% for 2 days, damn good scenary and epic music, one more thx!!!
3) I would like to see it in game: macros as in the 4th part, changing characters in places in a group, combining techniques, teleport technique to the nearest city and a teleport technique from the cave outside, an addon that opens many guild tasks that will open after beating the game, the ability to save after beating the game in order to pass addon, and of course I would like to see this game in the form of Rom to play on original Sega or emulator! And if add the ability to transfer the save from the 4th part to this one in order to get some unique things, it would be even cooler xD
4) Criticism: It has some typo mistakes, but after completing i remember just one, Huhn named like Hunn, but it`s more than one. More important is what`s with crazy Gryz art? He must had a beak, like a bird, not a dog`s mouth! I said about art scene before he attack us. Like a Fan i think it`s sooo big mistake and must be fixed. And there is some textures where player must not to step, like some walls, and some places where player must step like chairs and some grass. Btw, some textures has too small size, it`s not critical and ok i gues but when see it mind say "something wrong".
That`s all, one more thx for that amazing game! =)))
