Very nice, with a couple of issues...

B&W Love (or Black and White Love) is a short game that was made for the Rainbow of Positivity Event by Muffle.
This game is a sort of short visual novel about Eleanor, a girl that lives in a world where everything is black and white until you find your true love.
This is an interesting premise, and story and dialogues are well done! I do not mind the shortness of the game because it feels adequate. You can also save anywhere to resume the game when you want but this is quite unneccessary since you can finish the game in less than 30 minutes, anyway it's a nice addition.

Let's speak about mapping: the game uses grayscale graphics that looks good (even if I have a hard time playing a game with black & white or similar palettes, not a issue of the game, just a personal problem that annoys me, happened with other games such as 7th Stand User, thankfully here the game is short and I could resist until the end!) due to the use of the First Seed Material (FSM) charsets and chipsets, that will always be pretty and nice, at least for me.
But then there are Frogge's maps that are quite nice and pleasant: while these are not many, I liked the abundant details and the professional and natural look of them. Of all the maps I especially liked the restaurant. Well done!

Uhm, ok so where do I begin?

Any issue? Unfortunately yes, I found a couple of little problems that prevented me to give a bigger score:
- Game crash due to missing file (alarm?) if talking to sister after brushing teeth.
- One cut dialogue line "myse(lf)".
- Sometimes it could not be clear what you have to do (where do you exit the map or that you sit on the tree)
- I'd have liked some more music (sound effects are fine, anyway)
Then someone may complain of the slow walking speed and the shortness of the experience, but in my opinion these aren't too bad.

Verdict
B&W Love is a little simple game, no combat and no puzzles, but 30 minutes well spent indeed, thanks to the interesting premise and unfolding of the short story created by Muffle. It's also appropriate to the theme of the event, and it's well written, sometimes it's refreshing playing a relaxing game and emotional story (I also liked the message, really) like this one after many long dungon delving adventures. IF I am going to someday release the small game I'm working on the spare time I am sure I've to take notes from these little projects (sometimes making a satisfying short story isn't easier than making a long, complex one!).

It's a 3 but only due to the little nuisances over indicated. Anyway still a good job!

Glad you liked the mapping! The diner was definitely my favorite of the maps that I made for the game as well.

Whoa, the quickest comment of the Rmk.net! ;)

Yep, it's also nicely animated (I also love the guy on the counter!), pity that this can't be seen on that pic... BUT in color it is even better!(due to my "chromatic weakness"... I am sorry if I can bear monochromatic games for a short time).

But also the street with the two houses looks really "natural" for an Rmk game, that's my other favourite map.
