Hello, friends. Can you keep a secret?

You find yourself in a locked house as Jeremie Belpois, the brains of the team, but with the press of a button, you can bring up a menu and change perspective to another member. What keeps this group together, you may ask? Going to a virtual world to fight a malicious AI which attacks Earth. But they have to actually...get...to the supercomputer first.

This game has a focus on flavor text and secrets, there's also puzzles and combat.

It was created with fans of the show Code Lyoko in mind, but it isn't necessary to know the show to enjoy this game.

Currently, I have a playable beta, which consists of the Hermitage and Kadic sections. While the Hermitage plays like a traditional "escape the spooky house" game, Kadic focuses on powering up your characters to take on a massive enemy who you can fight at any point in the section.

At first I thought this was an Utada Hikaru fangame

Anyway Code Lyoko was dope! Glad to see it being remembered. I have to be honest, I remember NOTHING about the story, but that should be a fun read -- or a rewatch even -- before I give this a shot :)
As I said on fb, nice job here! So far, I'm loving the demo. Although the characters don't look like their original designs, they do look quite similar to their lyoko outfits, which by the way, makes me think that they might be clones of the warriors on the real world (?). I love the addition of Aelita's flashbacks. I think it was a good idea to begin with the hermitage as first scenario of the game. The change of perspective is easy to understand. The music selection is so far good and the design of the scenarios is really neat. I can notice a subtle influence from the chronicles in the case of the down level of the hermitage, that's only a guess. If it's not the case, it's still a very cool idea! Solving the puzzles was the best thing, I love them all. The battles are good but I hope they can be improved, I saw the magic tab but I'm not sure how that's going to be used. I really hope you can continue working on this. The CL universe it's perfect for an rpg game. It took me around 2 hours to explore the different paths and items on this demo, once I knew how to solve it, it can be played on 10min more or less. Hope to see more updates soon :) Here's my review of the game in spanish: https://youtu.be/xpxMLGcikVc
